Former Use: Description - For more than 100 years, the Property was used for various industrial and commercial purposes. The Property is located approximately 900 feet south of Sandusky Bay. Adjacent properties include those with residential and commercial land uses as well as vacant lots. The Property includes one large building formerly used for cabinet manufacturing. Processes that previously took place in the main manufacturing building included steel cabinetry fabrication, painting, storage, and receiving and shipping. There is a small parking lot on the south side of the building and a fenced area on the north side of the building. A railway spur enters the northwest corner of this parcel. Past Uses - For more than 100 years, the Property was used as a lumber yard, cooperage i.e., wooden barrel manufacturing, and manufacturing facility for wood and metal cabinetry products.
