Former Use: Property Description - This City right-of-way is bounded by the Deep Water Marina property West and North , the George Gradel materials storage property West, the former Tricor factory property East, the former Nielsen's Canvas building East, and the former Stowe-Woodward factory property South. Past Uses - An historic manufactured gas plant MGP site was identified south of City right-of-way. The MGP site was located topographically and hydrogeologically upgradient from the City right-of-way property.
