Additional Property Attributes

Prior to 1949, the Subject Property consisted of undeveloped land. The site was developed with buidlings after 1949. The Subject Property operated as a filling station from at least 1958 until at least 1985. Operations transitioned to automotive repair from 1986 until 2009.
