Additional Property Attributes

Property is slated for future development as a multi-use Public Facility to be owned and operated by the city of Brevard. City has concerns over potential petroleum migration from USTs located at old gas station on Siniard parcel �up front.� The City does not plan to redevelop the site for a few years as the development Ecusta site across the road is not completed & the facility planned for this site is not needed yet.

Former Use: past use of the site is a parking lot.
