Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site consisted of a vacant two story house with a basement and a slab on grade single story addition attached to the west side. A small wooden storage shed and a narrow yard also existed on the west side of the house. The structure was in a general state of disarray and in a deteriorating condition with scattered miscellaneous debris, water and structural damage, and moldy surfaces. The dwelling was originally divided into three apartment units but, at the time of Habitat for Humanity purchase, only one person lived in the house.
