Additional Property Attributes

The Oklahoma Municipal League used the ARRA RLF subgrant from DEQ to safely remove asbestos from a former office building, so that it could be torn down to make room for a new training facility. $192,600.55 was provided by DEQ's ARRA RLF for the asbestos abatement. The Oklahoma Municipal League plans to provide specialized training for municipal officers and employees in the new facility. The training facility has not been built yet, but greenspace has been created so that has been counted in the meantime. Former Use: The tract was previously owned by the Benham Group and leased out as office space. It has however been used only as a storage facility since its purchase in 1996. An asbestos inspection was conducted in 2008.

According to 2025 Google Earth imagery, the lot is still vacant and a greenspace.
