Additional Property Attributes

The subject site consists of seven acres and is located at 4926 Church Road in Centreville, Illinois. The Site is currently vacant. A local enterprise would like to purchase the Site for development as a production facility for rebar for local road construction, etc. This assessment revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property. However, it should be noted that significant data gaps were encountered while attempting to fully develop and evaluate the operational history of the subject site. See the Phase I report for more information. Redevelopment of this site is slated to begin Summer 2011. The rebar operation is anticipated to employ up to 40 people in the next two years. Funding will include: TIF-734,000 IL DCEO grant-750,000 St. Clair County grant-200,000 Empowerment Zone loan-150,000.

Former Use: Based on available historical information, the subject site has been residentially developed since at least 1952. Surrounding properties have included residences and Fresh Warehousing. The site is currently owned by OEM Systems/Lahaina LLC. No information has been received from the current owner.
