Recognized Environmental Conditions RECs: One recognized environmental condition was identified. A filling station site with three tanks was identified on the northeast corner of Masters and Beatty streets 700 Masters St. on the Sanborn maps from 1930 through 1961. This site was not identified in the EDR Radius Report with either registered or closed underground storage tanks. Based on the presumed local groundwater flow to the south or southwest, and the distance from the subject property i.e., immediately adjacent, this site is considered a recognized environmental condition.

Former Use: A two story building with a partial basement in fair condition is located on the property. The property is located in Corbin in a mixed residential and commercial area. The property is currently vacant but previously used as a school.
