Additional Property Attributes

Additional Environmental Concerns No REC: Due to the age of the building structure, potential environmental concerns include asbestos containing materials, lead based paint, and PCB-containing lamp ballasts. These issues can be managed in place as long as the building materials are properly maintained. Testing of suspected building materials would need to be performed to verify this information, and should be performed if renovation or demolition activities associated with the building are performed.

Former Use: A three 3 story former hotel is located on the property. The property is currently vacant on the first and second floors however, the first floor is used by a number of commercial businesses, including a law office, men�s workout facility, women�s workout facility and salon. The property is located in Barbourville in a mixed residential and commercial area.
