Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located in an area used primarily for commercial purposes. The subject property is in a low-lying area with topography sloping towards Jackson Creek which borders the subject property to the east and south with wooded land, Chick-fil-A, and Oneil Court located beyond. Decker Boulevard borders the property to the southwest with Carys Lake beyond. A former Red Lobster and Olive Garden are located to the south of the subject property. To the northwest, a carwash and restaurant/grocery store border the subject property. A former skating rink, currently KNC Trading, is located to the north of the subject property.

Former Use: The subject property is improved by a former restaurant structure currently used as a nightclub. The central portion of the subject property is asphalt paved and used for parking. A stand-alone ATM is located on the western portion of the subject property. According to Richland County tax records, the restaurant structure located on the subject property was built in 1971.
