The property contains a fire-damaged former 5 unit apartment building. The property is currently planned for redevelopment into a residential housing unit by York County Shelter.

Former Use: The Phase I ESA prepared for this site was prepared to facilitate redevelopment of the property as part of the York County Shelter Programs. The property was historically utilized as an apartment building. Historical records show the back portion of the property was used as a solid waste dumping area. The front portion of the property was used for residential purposes.
