Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase I ESA completed in June 2011, RECs have been found associated with historic land use, and nearby/adjacnet land uses per ASTM E1527-05. On site RECs include potential for historic storage of petroleum, solvent and pesticide constituents. Off-site RECs include nearby petroleum storage facilties and an adjacent railroad. The Phase 1 included asbestos, lead-based paint and microbiological screening of on-site stuctures, as well a geophysical and radiological survey of the property. A Phase 2 ESA completed in September 2011 to address the RECs discovered in the Phase 1 ESA revealed an arsenic impact in one shallow soil sample at a level exceeding the State's CTL for residential properties. Structural issues reported in the Phase 1 ESA were not addressed airborne particulates, asbestos, lead-based paint and gamma radiation. Former Use: North parcel of the subject site has been used by the County as a vehicle inspection station and print shop. The south parcel of the subject site has been identified as historical cigar factory.
