Former Use: The subject property was developed in 1996 with gasoline service station and convenience store. Two 15,000 gallon USTs located on the northwestern portion of the subject property were installed on March 1, 1996. One 15,000-gallon UST contains regular gasoline and one 15,000 gallon UST is compartmentalized and contains 5,000 gallons of diesel and 10,000 gallons of premium gasoline.
