Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property consisted of unimproved land until approximately 1980 when a parking lot and landscaping were improved on the subject property in association with the adjoining grocery store Hamilton Food Center. In 2001, the subject property was developed with a gasoline station Hamilton Marathon and convenience store addition to large building on parent parcel and has been utilized as a gasoline station since that time. In addition, a coffee kiosk was developed on the eastern portion of the subject property in at least 2010.
