Former Use: The property located at 545 Crescent Drive was utilized for an ice house in at least 1925. The property located at 545 Crescent Drive has also been historically and currently utilized for boat storage and boat maintenance by individual boat owners. The property located at 561 Crescent Drive was historically utilized for a transit company cruise ship docking facility from approximately 1925 until approximately 1970, a warehousing company from approximately 1971 until approximately 1973 and a marina from approximately 1973 until the present. Current and past operations on the propety located at 561 Crescent Drive have included boat maintenance and repair, painting, fueling, sales, and sail making and repair. The properties located at 532 South Shore Drive and 532 West 16th Street have been developed with a commercial building since 1933. The commercial building was historically utilized as a dry-cleaning business. The recent past and current operations include a retail book store, restaurant, alcoholic�s anonymous, and a screen printing business.
