Former Use: The Site is located at 19 Field Road in Somers, CT and is comprised of an approximately 10,000 square foot building and two former waste water treatment lagoons on a level half acre property. The Site is bounded by Field Road to the north, a vacant commercial building to the east, a day care center and wetland area to the south, and an automobile repair shop to the west. Land use in the immediate vicinity is mixed commercial and residential and includes several stores, a town garage, the automobile repair shop, several homes, a municipal water supply well field, and the day care center.
