Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located in a predominantly wooded area. The subject property is located on an area of fairly high relative topography with a steep decline in topography to the west and south. Residential and wooded properties are located to the north and west of the subject property with a Tri-County Electric Cooperative facility located to the east and south.

Former Use: The subject property is currently occupied by a bar and grill and a potential former filling station currently being used as a fireworks stand. Also, the remains of a diesel repair shop are located on the subject property.
