Additional Property Attributes

Subject site is 0.08-acre developed residential site at the time of the April 2011 site visit. No RECs were encountered per ASTM standards, other than the potential for asbestos-containing materials which will be addressed prior to the structure's demolition. An adequate asbestos survey could not be performed prior to the property transaction due to the structure being occupied.

Former Use: Records indicate the on-site structure was built in the 1920's as a residential dwelling consistent with Sanborn Maps and historical City directories.
