Additional Property Attributes

Property has been condemmed by City of Havana for demolition. Asbestos abatement activities were conducted in December 2012; subsequently the building was demolished and the property is currently a greenspace and is ready for redevelopment.

Former Use: The owners, Janet Gorman has owned the property since 2006. The owner is familiar with past activities at the former hotel when it operated. The property is presently abandoned and for sale. It operated as a motel and restaurant prior to being shut down. Property has been condemmed by City of Havana. Asbestos survey along with Phase II activities will allow the City to contract for demolition of building thereby removing a existing hinderance to redevelopment of a prime parcel located in downtown Havana on a corner lot.Property has been condemmed by City of Havana for demolition.
