Additional Property Attributes

Housing development began in 2009 approximately 6 homes were built on the property adjacent to the BF area.Commercial development was planned for approximately 20 acres on the site but the DOT closed the access road to the site, eliminating the feasibility of development. On February 9, 2011, the property owners notified the RBI that the bank had foreclosed on the property. As a result of the activities conducted with the funds, no cleanup was required, therefore a NFA letter will not be issued.

Former Use: The property is 115 acres in size, approximately 50 acres of the site had been used as an apple orchard. Phase II assessment indicated that pesticides were applied to the site but the risk assessment indicated that with controls such as dust suppression during redevelopment would meet needs.
