Additional Property Attributes

Property operated as gas station from 1960's to 1990's.A petroleum release was reported in 1988. After that, several years of monitoring and remedial measures were conducted.

Former Use: The original petroleum tanks were remoned in 1988. Subsequently installed tanks were removed in 1997.An adjacent and cross gradent property has a waste code indicationg the use of solvents and such as PCE and TCE.
