Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property has been vacant since the last known occupant, Pit Stop Automotive, was evicted in the summer of 2010. Two buildings are located near the corner of a 0.73-acre property at the northeast corner of N. Moscow and Coats Roads. A 1,291 square-foot building closest to the corner is a former gas station with two service bays. A vacant 1,260 square-foot building last used as a residential rental property is located just north of the former gas station. The buildings rest on a concrete slab on grade. Much of the area west of the buildings and south of the gas station is asphalt or concrete in poor condition while the east and north sides are unpaved.
