Property was formerly a germicide company. Elan Ministries plans to redevelop the site as a community garden. They've already place a hoop house on the site and raised beds. They also have composting onsite.

Former Use: The site was formerly Rochester Germicide Company. In 1997, Spirit of Praise purchased the site in a cash sale. Spirit of Praise is now donating the site to Elan Ministries. Elan Ministries plans to redevelop the site as a community garden called the Garden on Marais.
