Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consists of one parcel totaling 86.0 acres and the Property is currently partially vacant. There are three open storage buildings and three partially demolished buildings on the Property. The owner of the Property rents out the three storage buildings to a local farmer and to a local crop service worker. The farmer stores farming equipment, bales of hay and straw in the two larger buildings Building 1 and Building 2. The smaller building with no roof or walls is where the crop service equipment and materials are stored Building 3. There are abandoned steel tracks in the ground that run north to south and are located where the former brick factory buildings used to be on the Property. There are piles of debris dispersed throughout the Property from two former buildings that have been recently demolished. Four aboveground tanks ASTs are located on the southern portion of the Property. According to the Property owner and Mr. Jim Coffenberry, the Property consists of concrete or asphalt pavement around the areas of the three barns and the two former buildings. There is a paved former parking lot area on the southeastern portion of the Property formerly used for storage of piles of soil and concrete. The western portion of the Property consists of mounds of clay, a partially demolished building the former brick and/or clay crushing building, former steel hoppers, and a partially demolished utility building. Along the north and west Property lines is a creek and wooded land.
