Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The single story 12,900 square foot concrete commercial building was constructed in 1916. City directories show that the major portion of the building has been used as an automobile garage and repair facility since at least 1944. A smaller portion of the building was used as a cabinet manufacturing site in the 1940s, and more recently as a retail store. The long-time site use for auto repairs, including an auto body shop that included auto painting, may have resulted in contamination by solvents, metals, and paints as well as petroleum products.
