Additional Property Attributes

One 6,730-gallon UST was excavated and removed off the Site in June 2011. No petroleum contamination of the surrounding soils was identified.

Former Use: The Site is developed with a 10,254 square-foot, single-story, wood-d structure built circa 1958, as well as two small dilapidated shed structures. The Site building has been vacant since approximately 1994, but was used as a nursing home/assisted living facility for the elderly from approximately 1958 to 1994. The Town of Washington acquired the Site via tax title in 2007.
