Former Use: The Site consists of approximately 0.11-acres, located in downtown Lee, Massachusetts on the north side of School Street. The Site is occupied by a two-story clapboard residential structure totaling 1,062 square feet, constructed in approximately 1880, and a small attached wooden shed structure. The Site building is currently vacant, but was most recently used as a residence. TRC�s review of Sanborn Maps indicates that the Site has been used for residential purposes since at least 1889. The Site is currently owned by the Town of Lee through tax-title taking on September 11, 2007 by the Palomeque Estate.
