Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of two adjoining parcels totaling approximately 0.6 acres of land, located at 1205 West Fulton Street and 21 Garfield Avenue NW in the City of Grand Rapids, Kent County, Michigan. The southern parcel (1205 West Fulton) was formerly developed with an approximately 900 square-foot, commercial building (former convenience store), a 750 square-foot, drive-thru, carwash building; a metal d canopy over two fuel dispenser islands; and a storage shed. The remaining areas of the southern parcel were developed with concrete or asphalt pavement and landscaping. The northern parcel (21 Garfield Avenue NW) was developed with an approximately 1,340 square-foot, single-story, residential building, concrete driveway, sidewalk, and lawn areas. The Property is surrounded by residential and commercial properties and is situated approximately one-quarter mile east of the John Ball Park Zoo.

Former Use: The Properties historical uses include vacant land and an auto filling station.
