Former Use: The subject property was vacant or agricultural land until it was developed in the early 1960s for a propane sales company. A garden supply store and Honda Triumph motorcycle dealership also briefly occupied the property. The propane sales and service continued until about 2000. In 2002, Sturgis Towing and Recovery operated at the property. Farmers State Bank became the owner in 2010 when it took the deed in lieu of foreclosure.
