Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property reportedly was never developed and has been used primarily for cattle grazing. The property has also historically been used for trash dumping and trash burning, and is currently leased by a tenant for cattle grazing. The current tenant stores supplies, including chemicals, in a shed where staining was observed on the ground. Several areas of the subject property are also visibly stained, including areas near the center of the property where vehicle and/or tractor maintenance and fueling is performed. A pile of creosote-treated utility poles is located on the subject property. An area of disturbed land located in the northeast corner of the subject property was visible in the historical aerial photographs, which may be a potential indication of waste or trash dumping/disposal.
