Additional Property Attributes

The property is developed in 1971 with a metal warehouse type building on the western portion of the property and a parking lot on the eastern portion of the property. The property has been used since that time by the City and County Health Departments as a Vector Control Office, which included the storage of pesticides and petroleum fuels. Site had a leaking diesel underground storage tank.

Former Use: Property has been owned since 1939 by Nueces County. County warehouse in 1950's, Health Department in 1960's. Developed as Vector Control office in 1971. Last known use in 1989. Currently vacant.
