Additional Property Attributes

The blighted building occupiues a keystone property in Hemlock's business Ditrict. The Saginaw County LBA is funding the demolition and restoration of the property prior to sale of the property for redevelopment, which is anticipated to be commercial in nature

Former Use: The existing building was constructed in the 1930s-40s and occupied by the Oddfellows Social Club. The building is defunct and will be demolished to aid in the redeveolopment potential.
