Additional Property Attributes

The Saginaw County Land Bank sold the property to the owner of the adjoining hotel/restaurant. The property was redeveloped with a paved parking area to support the expansion of the existing hotel and restaurant on the adjoining property.

Former Use: The subject property was originally developed in 1961 with a commercial office building. The building became defunct and was demolished by the Saginaw County LBA and subsequently sold to the future redeveloper.
