Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was developed with residences by 1913. The Property continued to be occupied by residences until between 1955 and 1961 when the residences were razed as part of the construction of West Dickman Road. By 1965, the current building was constructed on the Property. Various building additions were completed between 1965 and 1981 and the building was used as a wholesale auto parts store from at least 1967 until 2000. In 2000, the parcel that included the Property was split. This split resulted in the eastern portion of the building being included in the Property and the western portion of the building being a separate parcel. Between 2000 and 2010, the eastern portion of the building on the Property was operated as an auto parts store and the western portion of the building off-site was operated as a machine shop/engine repair center.
