Former Use: The property is the former location of a carbon electrode manufacturing facility that closed in 1986. The city acquired the property through foreclosure.1910 Hydraulic Power Co. sold it to National Carbon Co. for a carbon electrode manufacturing facility that closed in 1986 and was acquired by the City of Niagara Falls through foreclosure. The City sold the property in 1986 to Niagara Vest. Some demolition occurred in 1991.
