This is a 10-story 107-room boutique hotel built by Conrad Hilton in 1939. It is located in downtown Albuquerque. As this was a complete renovation, developers pursued Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification and attained LEED Gold certification in April 2011. Hotel has Moroccan and Spanish-inspired architecture. This is the first LEED-certified hotel in New Mexico
