Additional Property Attributes

In 2008, Terracon Consultants, Inc. conducted a Phase I ESA for the subject property. The majority of the property consisted of grass-covered piled and graded fill dirt with solid waste present including construction debris, tires, metal cables and scattered household waste. The 2008 assessment did not identify any RECs. In 2009, Environmental Works, Inc. performed a Phase I for a larger parcel of land that included the subject property. The assessment found that the property had been utilized for dumping and spreading of construction debris. The 2009 assessment did not identify any RECs. This Phase I was done in order to update the previous Phase I done. The site will be developed into residential: assisted living facility for Burrell Health Center.

Former Use: The 1.06-acre subject property is currently vacant land with no structures or buildings present. An asphalt drive is located on the west-central portion of the Site. The subject property has been vacant since approximately 2003. Prior demolition of the on-site buildings, the site was historically utilized as agricultural property.
