Additional Property Attributes

RECs are not associated with the current use and historical operation of the Site. No above or below ground fuel storage tanks or other hazardous chemicals were observed on the Site. The neighboring vacant Short Stop gas station is a REC.

Former Use: The Site is currently owned by Susan LaSalle and Lori Nault doing business as 5th Avenue Grind, a sandwich and coffee shop. Prior to becoming a coffee shop, a Taco Time was operated on the site. Historical aerial photographs of the site show that a building was present in 1997, but possibly in 1991, but not prior.
