Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of two contiguous parcels that encompass approximately 2.7 acres of land. The western portion of the Site, in the area designated as APN 180-163-03-00, is used as a storage yard for construction materials by the adjacent business, Sunrise Materials. Sunrise Materials is addressed 1112 South Santa Fe Avenue. There are no physical barriers or markers separating this parcel from the surrounding Sunrise Materials business. The eastern portion of the Site consists of vacant land that is used for the storage of building material e.g. sand and gravel and fill material stockpiles.he western portion of the Site is developed with two permanent wooden structures used for storage and three shed storage structures. Exterior areas are paved with asphalt or concrete, or are unpaved. This area is used by Sunrise Materials as a storage area for construction materials including steel reinforcing bars, bags of concrete and plaster, and liquid concrete sealers. The western and eastern parcels are separated by a chain-link fence and drainage channel. The eastern portion of the Site is unpaved and surrounded by a chain-link fence.
