Additional Property Attributes

This former ARCO gas station was purchased by June Key and donated to the Delta Sigma Theta sorority. Through volunteer efforts, this gas station is now home to the June Key Delta Community Center and is the first African-American owned building in Oregon to enter into the Living Building Challenge, an initiative by the Cascadia Region Green Building Council. The building will generate its own energy, capture and treat its own water and divert storm water to bioswales.

Former Use: Was a defunct ARCO gas station.
