Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is currently occupied by a four 4 story brick, multi-unit residential structure containing 37 units. The foot print of the building is approximately 9875 square feet. The property includes an 18 space parking lot accessed via South Champlain Street and a portion of a parking lot accessed via Battery Street. The original structure was built in approximately 1929 and was used as a produce warehouse/retail outlet. Over the years it was also used by Bloddgett Supply, a manufacturer of commercial ovens and General Electric as an office/storage facility. In 1979 it was sold to Pizzagalli Realty Company and converted to the current use in 1980-1981.
