Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: According to the Phase I, there is a likely presence of petroleum contamination in the soil or groundwater beneath the subject property, based on: the historical use of the property as a gasoline filling station from at least 1935 through 1965, the likely presence of three old USTs on site, the observation of surficial staining near the UST fill ports and the mechanical/hydraulic lift, the historical use of the adjoining property to the northwest 4253 Warne as a gasoline filling station from at least 1935 through 1948, and the historical use of the adjoining property to the north 4300 Warne as a gasoline filling station from at least 1930 through 1970. Also, there is the likely presence of PCBs in the soil beneath an old hydraulic/mechanical lift still present on the subject property from the historical use of hydraulic oils in the lift for auto repair.
