Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The current building on the property is approximately 1,178 square feet. The building is a one story wood d building. The garage area to the south is constructed of a concrete floor with the office area to the north constructed of wooden floors. Below the northern office area is a basement with a concrete/earthen floor. According to a Chain of Title Search, and discussions with the property owner the site appears to have been developed in the early 1900s and used by the Board of Education Mingo Junction Ohio School District prior to 1937. Following 1937, the property has been used for commercial purposes including a gas station and service garage. The exact date these operations ceased on the property is unknown. The current owner purchased the property as vacant in 2010 and has been vacant since.
