Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is approximately 1 square city block of undeveloped land. The North and South side of the subject property is divided by an asphalt road that runs east-west. The south half & NE corner of the property is all grass. The NW corner is asphalt and grass, there is a concrete retaining wall that runson the NW edge. There is a fire hydrant on the SW corner of the subject property. The Urban Renewal authority approved a contract for Midtown housing with Gary Brooks for construction of a 250-unit complex on the former site of Mercy Hospital in MidTown. Construction is expected to start in August of 2012. This project is expected to be leverage 28.2 million in other funds.
