Additional Property Attributes

Assessment activities performed using cooperative agreement included ASTM Phase I as well as additional non-invasive assessment activities to support HUD application.

Former Use: The residential structure currently present at the site was constructed in 1900, according to municipal records. The site was utilized for residential purposes until 2005. Anectodal information provided by a previous owner indicated that agricultural activities may have been performed at the site in the early 1900s.
