Additional Property Attributes

Localized soil impact identified at the Property was addressed through soil remediation that was funded through a Clean Ohio Assistance Fund (COAF) grant. Groundwater impact beneath the Property was found to be �pass-through� in nature, apparently originating from an up-gradient off-Property source. An environmental covenant that restricts Property use to commercial/industrial and prohibits groundwater extraction will be filed in conjunction with the NFA. Post-remedial conditions at the Property meet applicable standards for No Further Action pursuant to Ohio Voluntary Action Program (VAP) requirements.

Former Use: Facility was initially developed in 1916, and has been predominantly utilized for printing operations associated with labels. The property has also been utilized for trucking and warehousing.
