Property used for residential til 1955. The State built the structure in 1959 with an addition built on the west side in 1964 and a second in 1969 building currently is 86,000 sq. ft. Primary use has been office and the west side has been parking lot. The site has been vacant for over 5 years. Full Asbestos removal was completed 2004. Building is currently in shell condition. the state intends to auction the building by sealed bid on 8/15/11.
