Additional Property Attributes

Based on a Phase 1 ESA completed in early 2012 as part of a potential purchase for the property by the City for park/recreational use, the only REC identfied was associated with subsurface radiation typical for this area. An indoor radon screening performed within the on-site structure revealed no elevated radon gases.
