The Property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of SW 6th Street and S Harvey Avenue Sewer, water, and electric utilities are known to service the Property The Property is owned the Home Rentals, Inc. and is comprised of the west � of Lot 11 and all of Lots 12 through 14 of Block 28 of the South Oklahoma City Addition The Property is comprised of 0.28 acre and is currently comprised of two commercial buildings The Property is flat with a general topographic gradient to the south The Property elevation is approximately 1,195 feet above mean sea level MSL The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by FEMA The Property�s geology consists of the Quaternary-age Alluvium overlaying Permian-age sedimentary rocks Soils at the Property are classified as �Urban Land� Oklahoma Corporation Commission OCC records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks USTs, aboveground storage tanks ASTs, water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally-significant features have been located on the Property
