Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The subject property was residential and/or agricultural land from at least 1938 until 1953, when the residence was demolished and the property was redeveloped as a used car and storage business. Then from about 1960 until 1980 the building was a Ford vehicle dealership. Automotive sales continued on an exterior portion of the subject property into the early 1990s. In the early 1980s, the building was used by Park Avenue Coach, a van conversion company. From the mid-1980s into the early 1990s, Delta III manufactured various steel truck accessories, such as toolboxes and bumpers. More recent tenants have included Dometic tested accessories, such as toolboxes and bumpers. More recent tenants have included Dometic- tested and repaired refrigeration and air conditioning equipment for recreational vehicles under warranty, Carter & Associates- manufactured foam sidewall panels for RVs, Miksani Polymers- polyurethane seat cushions, Lean Productions- reworked faulty plastic automotive parts, and Cikira- non-motorized RV manufacturing.
